Altmore Business Law is set in a highly agricultural region. It is pleased to have been able to sponsor the booklet "Open local doors to local meat" in support of meat producers in the East Midlands.

The following downloadable brochure provides details of, amongst other things:

• a directory of the producers, what they produce, and the standards they observe
• glossary of technical terms used by Assured British Meat, DEFRA, RSPCA, the Soil Association, and others
• an article on slaughtering and the affect of the way this is done on the quality of the meat we eat
